Hi Tyler,
Well, we aren't actually partners with Google on this one, but as always, we are happy to host the results. We do have our own open source text initiatives going on. See Brewster's post here:

We are also doing a pilot scanning project at the University of Toronto with the participation of many Canadian universities. The results are coming in over here:
http://www.archive.org/texts/collection.php?collection=toronto

We are scanning at around 5000 pages a day, and expect that to increase soon. We are in the process of revamping our text collection, so hopefully you'll see new tools and improved derivative formats soon!
